*These weights are approximate, and will vary somewhat from order to order. The price per pound stays the same. We've chosen this method, versus the traditional hanging weight method, to simplify the pricing process and increase transparency for the customer.
**The sausages available are chorizo, bratwurst, hot or sweet Italian, un-smoked kielbasa, fresh loose (ground sausage, included as the fresh cut price $7.25/lb), fresh cased, and breakfast. You can choose several different types of sausage.

If you'd like Canadian bacon as your specialty items, that can be arranged, but you'll receive less chops (this is where the Canadian bacon is made from)

If you would like to have one of our hogs butchered at a specific butcher, we can arrange this. We will deliver our hog to your specified butcher, and then let you handle the rest of the butchering details, such as how you'd like the hog processed, and picking up the meat.
