Our winter meat share is open for sign-ups! 4 months of our pastured pork, chicken, and beef, from November through February.
There are a couple important details to share--we're moving our farm this Fall, so half of the pick-ups will be at our current t location, and the other half will be at the new farm location in Boyertown (about 15 minutes away from our current farm). Also, we're only offering a 4 month share this winter, either "half" share or "full" share (see below for more details.
Each month's bundle includes an assortment of meat cuts, such as sausages, bacon, roasts, ground beef, and chops. Each month you'll receive a newsletter with several tasty recipes included.
All our animals are raised naturally, on pasture, without the use of modern crutches, such as antibiotics, hormones, etc. We manage their impact using rotational grazing, which helps improve soil health & provides them with fresh forage. Our livestock are fed a grain mix that is grown by us organically, and is ground fresh on our farm. By choosing this meat share, know you're supporting a way of farming that benefits the land, the animals, and our local community! You can also be sure that your meat is high quality, flavorful, and free from any harmful residues.

Each month we will provide you with a premium selection of pork, chicken, and beef. Our pig breeds are Berkshire crossed with Hereford and/or Duroc.
Pork cuts included will be sausages, chops, bacon, ribs, shoulder roasts, & more, beef will be offered as predominantly ground, with some other cuts as well such as steaks, short ribs, roasts, etc. Chickens will be whole.

(total about 40 lbs pork and beef, 8 whole chickens)
Half Share: total cost $265
5 lbs of pork cuts/beef + 1 whole chicken per month
(total of 20 lbs pork and beef & 4 whole chickens)
Add-ons:
Whole Chicken add-on: add an extra whole chicken to your share each month. $72 for 4 months. Chickens will weigh in the 4-5.5 lb range
